General Provisions to Above Warranties

• All parts and labor from Hart Automotive are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship from date of purchase of the original repair order based on miles or months whichever comes first.

• Any necessary corrections or repairs within this warranty period will be made by appointment and upon presentation of the original repair order receipt. Additional parts and labor that may be required, which are not on the original order, will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of service.

Exclusions

• Any warranty will not apply if the original repair order indicates the customer declined or refused to authorize certain specific labor, parts, or service required for satisfactory performance.

• Warranty repair cost will not exceed the cost of the original repair or service.

• This Hart Automotive warranty does not in any way extend to special or consequential damages, nor does it apply to any failure due to fire, theft, road damage, wreck or collision, or any negligent or willful abuse.

• Commercial vehicle use is 90 days or 4,000 miles.
